  • Users must be at least 16 years old to use Sure Groups.
  • Users under 18 years old may be required to obtain parental or guardian consent where applicable.
  • Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including government-issued ID for KYC verification.
  • Sure Groups reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
  1. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Keep their account credentials secure and not share login details.
  • Ensure that all transactions and activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Follow the group management processes, including dispute resolution and financial transactions.

Users must NOT:

  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
  • Use Sure Groups for unlawful activities (e.g., money laundering, terrorism financing).
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
  1. Financial Transactions & Payments
  • Sure Groups holds funds for transactions between group members and organizations until all conditions are met.
  • Payments processed through Sure Groups are subject to transaction fees as outlined in our pricing policy.
  • Sure Groups is not responsible for failed transactions caused by third-party financial institutions.
  • Refunds are only issued based on the dispute resolution outcome and applicable refund policies.
  1. Service & Dispute Resolution
  • Disputes within groups or transactions must be reported promptly to our support team.
  • Sure Groups will review all disputes and provide a final decision after evaluating the evidence from all parties.
  • Sure Groups’ decision on disputes is final and binding, except where legal intervention is required.
  1. Privacy & Data Protection
  • Sure Groups ensures compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other applicable regulations.
  • We do not sell user data to third parties.
  • Users are prohibited from misusing or distributing private information obtained from the platform.

  1. Account Suspension & Termination
  • Sure Groups reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
  • Users may request account deletion, subject to pending transactions and regulatory retention policies.
  • Suspended users may appeal the decision by contacting support@suregroups.ai.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Sure Groups does not guarantee the success of any transaction or financial activity.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
  • Users transact at their own risk, and Sure Groups holds no liability for disputes between users or groups.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria and applicable regulations.
  • Disputes must first be resolved through negotiation or arbitration before legal proceedings.
  • Legal cases shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
